A day with the CEO
On April 8, 2024, a trainee had the opportunity to accompany our Managing Director Jörg Kuck for a whole day for the first time and thus gain first-hand insights into his management work.
From strategic briefings to discussions with stakeholders, it was easy to observe how Jörg deals with daily challenges.
This experience provided valuable lessons in “leadership & communication” and left a lasting impression on our young colleague - especially in terms of understanding organizational dynamics and the role of effective leadership.
But it will not stop there: Days are already being planned for other trainees as well, giving them an insight into the tasks of a managing director.
